Sumit is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with more than two decades of experience across corporate restructuring, valuation, governance and regulatory matters, including advisory and consulting roles with PwC and ICRA. He also holds the CAIIB, CFP and CFA (ICFAI) qualifications.

An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, he works across stress resolution and alternative dispute resolution, cross-border and regulatory matters, succession planning and sustainability reporting. His articles on insolvency and valuation have been published in several professional journals.

Neha brings a structured understanding of business systems and a perspective attentive to every stakeholder. She contributes to the firm’s work in sustainability and governance, with a particular focus on organisational alignment, stakeholder engagement and responsible impact.

She has been associated with community initiatives and independent social service forums.

Dr. Tibrewala brings more than four decades of post-qualification experience in taxation, company law, insolvency and professional education.

A Past President of the Views Exchange CA Study Circle, he has written numerous articles and books for practitioners and has served as faculty with ICAI, ICSI and other institutions. He also coaches professionals preparing for the Limited Insolvency Examination.

Jayshree brings more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance, restructuring and valuation, including about a decade in Business Advisory and Consulting at Deloitte India.

She has served as Interim Resolution Professional and Resolution Professional in several corporate insolvency resolution processes and personal guarantor insolvency matters. Her work centres on valuation, restructuring and financial strategy, particularly for SMEs and stressed assets.

Jainendra brings more than a decade of experience in insolvency practice, corporate governance and ESG. After audit and advisory roles with Ernst & Young, he moved into independent practice in regulatory compliance, restructuring support and sustainability frameworks.

He works with the firm as a Social Impact Assessor.

Abhishek brings more than seven years of experience across corporate compliance, regulatory advisory, litigation support and tax, with a background in management and law.

He supports the firm on corporate laws and secretarial compliance, regulatory filings, litigation coordination and governance matters.
